The Hotel is located in the “Innstadt” of Passau. As the only district Passaus, “Innstadt” is on the right side of the river Inn, which also provides the name of the district. Across the Marienbrücke and the Innsteg, which is a pedestrian bridge, you can reach within walking distance the pedestrian area and old town of Passau.
In the immediate vicinity you can find numerous attractions for example the St. Stephen's Cathedral (0.6 km), the “Veste Oberhaus” (0.8 km), the museum “Oberhaus” (0.8 km) and the University of Passau (1.5 km). Also a variety of hiking and biking trails are directly accessible from the hotel.
