Check-in / Check-out:
Your room is available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive outside of our reception hours.
Please note that guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
The minimum age is 18 years.
Bicycles and e-bike rental:
Upon prior notification, you are welcome to rent bicycles and e-bikes for a fee.

Airport transfer:
We are pleased to organize an airport transfer to Salzburg, Linz or Munich.
- Linz & Salzburg: 99,00 € per person and 49,00 € per child for one way and 159,00 € per person and 69,00 € per child for round trip
- Munich: € 159.00 per person and € 69.00 per child for one way and € 259.00 per person and € 99.00 per child for round trip
Beverage & Snack Machine:
There is a snack and drinks vending machine in the reception area.
Dogs:
Dogs are only welcome on request. Please note that there is an extra charge of 5,00 € / night per pet.
Please note that you are liable for any damages and pollution by your pet and we will charge for cleaning and repair.
Non smoking rooms:
Our rooms are all non-smoking rooms. Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the rooms and throughout the hotel.
